Can I Track My Order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can click that link anytime to follow your parcel’s journey right to your doorstep.
Can I Cancel My Order After It’s Placed?
If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, we may be able to cancel it for you. Please email us as soon as possible at hello.glowvia@gmail.com with your order number. Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.
What Should I Do If I Receive the Wrong Item or a Damaged Product?
We’re so sorry if something isn’t right with your order! Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at hello.glowvia@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. Our team will make it right — whether that means a replacement or refund.

How Much Is Shipping?
We offer free shipping on all Australian orders over $100. For orders below that amount, a small flat-rate shipping fee will apply, which will be displayed at checkout.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within Australia takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
Do You Offer Returns or Exchanges?
We want you to love your Glowvia products! If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello.glowvia@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on opened skincare products unless they’re faulty.
What Should I Do If My Parcel Is Delayed or Lost?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link first. If it shows no movement or is marked as lost, contact us at hello.glowvia@gmail.com, and we’ll help lodge an inquiry with the courier to locate or replace your order.
What Should I Do If My Tracking Shows ‘Delivered’ but I Haven’t Received My Order?
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend first checking with nearby neighbors or your local post office, as packages can sometimes be left in a safe place. If it still can’t be located, please contact us at hello.glowvia@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we’ll help investigate with the courier.
